Metallica originally released it on "Garage Days Re-Revisited" in 1987,
and then
later re-released it on "Garage, Inc.".
Has only been played once ever - that was at a surprise gig they did in London
at a tiny place called "The 100 Club". I have a DVD bootleg of that show and
it is probably one of the 5 best setlists and 10 best shows Metallica have ever done.
Crash Course sounded great and I have no idea why they never played again. Hopefully
Rob Trujillo can convince them to dust this one off some time in the future!
