  war just for the sake of killing, guiltless and numb to the pain of their victims.
• During most 2003 shows it was followed immediately by the intro to Dyers Eve,
  to tease the millions (and millions) of fans who wanted to hear "dyers" live. They
  finally premiered Dyers Eve on March 5th, 2004.
