• The video for the song was shot at San Quentin State Prison in California. The day after the video shoot
  the band played a special show for inmates in the prison. It was an extra special show not only because
  of where it was being played but also because it was Rob Trujillo's first gig with Metallica.
• The song is about taking your anger and chanelling it positively.
